Lourdes has a well-rounded background in building connections and training others both commercial and residential real estate. She prides herself in her ability to train her team in making the property buying experience a joy rather than a burden.
As a native of Cuba, Lourdes especially has a heart for contributing to the Hispanic community through home financing. After receiving her real estate license in California, Lourdes arrived to Florida in 1995 with the mission of continuing to build connections & capitalizing on the many opportunities in South Florida, including acclaimed development properties in Miami.

Lourdes’ transaction history includes multiple commercial properties, such as the Blue Rose Condo & Hotel, which was recognized by Former Governor Jeb Bush in 2006 with the “Visionary Project of the Year” Award.
After three decades in real estate, Lourdes has partnered with her daughter Jenelle Ferrer to create a real estate team of professionals that service buyers and sellers in Florida. They are focused on growing their network of professional real estate agents around the world. In our current brokerage, we have the opportunity to grow our network worldwide and train our team on a consistent basis and help them grow their business. Learn how!
