Meet Lourdes

Lourdes Aguirre is a dedicated mentor, political activist, ministry leader, mother & grandmother. Her infectious energy and passion for success aids in training driven people to build the life they love, while maintaining lifelong, meaningful connections.

After arriving to America from Cuba on the infamous Freedom Flights in 1970, Lourdes rooted her family in California where she received her real estate license. Her hustle for a fulfilling life began by making connections crucial to her success in business and real estate. Lourdes then moved to South Florida in 1995 to further her reach and influence for the Hispanic community.

Having relocated numerous times in her life, Lourdes has sought a true definition of what home and success is. Her intent is to pass on this discovered meaning to every person on her team. Lourdes longs to share her successes and use her experience to train people on how to make pivotal life changes.

As a mother of four adult children and grandmother of eight precious babies, Lourdes knows the importance of building a legacy and sharing success for generations to come. The life Lourdes worked for has earned her the freedom of working on the go, allowing her to prioritize time with family and watching her grandchildren grow up.

In her down time, Lourdes enjoys spending quality time with her family and soaking in the love from her nine precious grandchildren.
